We believe that everyone should have the support they need, whenever they need it, on whatever device they feel most comfortable. One Degree is creating a public utility for social services to help the 100 million people across the United States who need help making ends meet.

The One Degree platform can be accessed on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones at 1degree.org, or on our Android and iOS apps. Those who prefer to use text message can text 844-833-1334 with what they’re looking for – a word or phrase, like “food stamps” or “shelter.”

Our database of 21,000+ resources is maintained by a combination of staff, volunteers, and community members across our chapters.
